Malarkey Vista™ AR

PRODUCT USE: The Vista™ and Vista™ AR shingles are laminated architectural shingles fortified with sustainable Nexgen™ polymer modified asphalt technology for enhanced granule adhesion and increased weather protection. The Vista™ shingle line features the patented, nailing accuracy design of The Zone. which dramatically improves correct fastener placement. Vista™ AR is algae-resistant. Please consult Malarkey's Technical Services Department for approval of roof systems. COMPOSITION & MATERIALS: Vista™ shingles are manufactured on a non-woven fiberglass mat and impregnated on both sides with Nexgen™ polymer modified asphalt that is compounded with a fire-retardant mineral stabilizer. The Vista™ shingle is surfaced with ceramic granules for ultraviolet protection and weatherability while Vista™ AR has algae resistant ceramic granules.
